1. Made to Order Policy
All Apples To Apples items are made to order. Each piece is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference. Please review all product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

2. Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the value of the item and any original shipping costs paid.

All faulty returns are subject to inspection and assessed based on fair wear and tear.

4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

You are responsible for the safe return of approved items. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or our error.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

6. Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or parcels that go unclaimed, are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

8. International Shipping and Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Apples To Apples Paris has no control over these fees and cannot predict them.

Customs delays are outside of our control and are not grounds for a refund.

9. UK and EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

As all Apples To Apples items are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse returns that are not related to a confirmed fault or error.
