These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Apples To Apples Paris is an independent fashion and design label operating between London and Paris. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Apples To Apples Paris.

2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products and Made to Order Production
All Apples To Apples pieces are made to order at the studio. Each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference. Please carefully review product descriptions and size guides before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing or listing errors.

4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We use tracked delivery services for all orders, including international shipments.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs fees required by your country.

Apples To Apples Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or postal systems.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the parcel, shipping costs are non refundable and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to resolve it in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Exchanges
As all items are made to order, exchanges are only available in cases of confirmed faults or errors. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once a return has been approved.

8. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by EU and UK law. Apples To Apples Paris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the EU and applicable UK consumer protections.
